We at Vipra not only give our customers loans against Property but also help them pay off other loans to rid them of debts with highly customizable EMI options. The purpose of this loan is to serve the larger ticket size Medium Enterprise businesses and ensure the flow of credit to better their operational and Working Capital capacities.


Maximum Loan tenure of 120 months.


Loan amount up to Rs.25,00,000


Customer should be more than 25 years of age but not more than 65 years at the time of loan maturity. (Only with Loan track record upto 22 years)
Borrower should have bank account
Borrower should have minimum 3 Year Experience in existing business.
Borrower should be residing in a city where Vipra’s Office is located.
All the owners of the property being financed and all Individual whose income has been considered for the loan have to be the co-applicants to the loan.

Documents Required:

Vipra requires the standard KYC documents along with duly filled application forms to get started

Application Form with all required details filled in.
Identity proof such as Pan Card, Voters ID Card, Passport.
Address proof such as electricity bill, ration card, Gas Connection etc.
Copy of the Partnership deed (if available).
Copy of either Shop & Establishment License / VAT Registration or any other mandatory license / registration.
Copy of last 3 years Income Tax Returns of the applicant along with computation of income duly attested by a Chartered Accountant.
Copy of last 3 Years Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the firm duly attested by a Chartered Accountant.
Bank statement for the last 1 year for Saving A/c & Current A/c.
1 Year Bank Pass book or Bank Statement.
Property documents which property to be mortgage.
